01482 351219 - NUMBER UNCHANGED

Today, we are pleased to announce an upgrade of the practice's telephone system to a new, modern cloud-based system.

The main phone number remains unchanged but on calling, you will be given menu options to choose depending on the reason for your call.

Listen carefully to the recorded message and choose the option which will get you to someone who can help you the soonest.

We are very pleased to finally get the new system up and running and hope it will improve your experience when contacting the practice.  As well as a new system, the number of lines has increased, and we are hoping waiting times for patients will be reduced.

There may be teething troubles today and in the early days of the new system and we are sorry if this is the case, but we ask you to be patient.  It will be worth it in the end.

The new telephone system is yet another example of the doctors investing in improving care offered to patients of Hastings Medical Centre.  Since taking on the practice in 2016, there has been significant investment in the premises and additional staff.  This has allowed the range of services offered to patients to be extended and together with our network partners in Symphonie PCN Ltd this will continue in the coming months. Thank you
